The Huawei Nova 6 with 5G support was launched in Decembe

The 5G is likely to be launched in December this year. The company now plans to bring 5G connectivity to a mid-range lineup as well, and Huawei Nova 6 may be the first of these phones.

The Nova 6 series will have two smartphones - one that supports 4G and the other with 5G support, which will debut as the Huawei Nova 6 5G.

The phone reportedly received CMIIT certification in China, hinting at an imminent launch. The CMIIT database indicates that Nova 6 will support 5G and 4G LTE networks. The 5G is said to be powered by the Kirin 990 5G chipset. A popular hint from Weibo suggested that Huawei Nova 6 bears the name "Waltz".

However, the list does not reveal anything about the internal hardware of the phone, but the name makes it quite clear that Huawei Nova 6 will succeed Huawei Nova 5, which officially returned in June with quad-back cameras, along with Nova 5 Pro and Nova 5I phones.
Huawei is expected to announce the Honor V30 series on November 26 in China.
